- Defines site objectives by analyzing user requirement
- Designs and develops user interfaces to internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout the development life cycle; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests.
- Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.
- Completes applications development by contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems
- Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
- Updates job knowledge by researching new internet/intranet technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments., with an eye for prioritization
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in IT/Computer Science
2-3 years of experience of previous work experience in a Software Development environment
2-3 years of experience developing Cloud-based SAAS applications or Microservices
2-3 years of experience Knowledge of Virtualized Environments including architecture creation and deployment
2-3 years of experience having developed and deployed systems on both private and public clouds such as AWS, Google Cloud,…
2-3 years of experience with Agile project and development methodologies
Required skills:
- Java/J2EE programming
- Has recently engaged in a fast paced/high volume application.
- Understanding of UI (HTML5, CSS3, Javascript/Angular 4+ etc.)
- Strong SQL knowledge (Stored procedures, triggers & queries), MySQL, MariaDB
- NoSQL, Javascript, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with Jenkins, Gradle, Apache Maven, Apache Ant
- Strong understanding of Mutlithreading (collections) is highly desired.
- Attentiveness towards the customer and the details that make their experience exceptional
- Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to work effectively with teams
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization
