JOB DESCRIPTION
In collaboration with the engineering, software development and IT teams, you will ensure reliable and trouble-free operations of our applications like ContiConnect.
The following responsibilities are:
* Be the Central Key User for ContiConnect and upcoming applications, and be responsible for 3rd Level Support;
* With passion and deep understanding of our applications, play a vital role in solving tickets in rocket speed;
* In alignment with the development teams, initiate and follow up development activities and support the release / deployment process; 
* Based on excellent documentation, trainings and material, bring users up to speed in no time; 
* Contribute in setting-up and improving of processes to ensure high quality Master & Transactional Data;
* Manage the interfaces to other systems linked to ContiConnect and ensure alignment.

Candidate Profile:

JOB REQUIREMENTS
*    University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration/Informatics, Information Technology, or similar field;
*    Experience managing requirements & releases related to digital solutions;
*    Experience in IT Service Management (desirable);
*    Experience in ownership, operations and/or support of IT systems (highly desirable);
*    Passion to perform in a very dynamic and complex work environment outside your comfort zone;
*    Demonstrated customer focus & excellent communication skills;
*    Ability to deal with and resolve conflicting interests and targets;
*    Strong English skills (written / spoken).

Required skills:
