As an Account Manager, you will ensure the management and improvement of production. You will guarantee the quality of customer relations on the projects that you will be managing to achieve the defined objectives set jointly with the Customer accounts department to answer client expectations.
As an Account Manager, you will:
Follow margins and management ratios on the perimeter of action
Propose and set up action plans to improve results
Manage recruitment forecasts and ensure optimum use of available production positions
Make production/quality/ customer expectations arbitrations
Guarantee respect of procedure and quality standards (ISO, NF345, LRS) on the project
Follow the turnover, absenteeism on the activities and drive the necessary action plans
Forecast medium term staffing and start recruitment
Ensure the availability of production means (material, tools, technical resources) and human resources
Manage production incidents
Provide the administrative elements of the project (billing, compensations, leave…)
Manage set ups
Candidate Profile:
Native or Proficient in French and/or English (C1/C2)
Previous experience in management a team (Contact Center is a plus)
1/2 years’ experience on similar position
Required skills:
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced industry
Strong analytics skills
Excellent guidance & coaching skills
