JOB DESCRIPTION
As Compensation Specialist, you will become part of our HR Teams that are globally responsible for the Central Functions and R&D within the Tires Business Area. Your main internal partners will be the globally operating areas IT and R&D. As Compensation Specialist, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of our compensation philosophy, policies, and practices around the world, supporting our best efforts to attract and retain the best talent available.
Your tasks in detail include:
- Ensure a market competitive compensation of specialist functions (e.g. IT and R&D worldwide);
- Consult and partner with local HR Business Partners in the respective locations worldwide, as subject matter expert, to advise on compensation programs and processes;
- Perform and consult on-job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications for the executive level;
- Ensure a globally consistent job evaluation and mapping into local Compensation structure, together with the local HR teams;
- Drive the development of Workforce Planning and master job profiles;
- Provide analytical support and tracking. Prepare analysis and management reports on Compensation and HR data related topics, helping to provide transparency and to guide future decision making;
- Improve data quality in HR systems;
- Support or lead HR projects related to HR process optimization, quality improvement, HR Reporting etc.
Candidate Profile:
- University degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or equivalent qualification;
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in a related field;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with various functional teams across the organization and build relationships;
- Working knowledge of Compensation design and job evaluation methods is preferred;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. Professional experience in HR tech or working knowledge of HR technology solutions is an advantage;
- Strong solution orientation and analytical skills/passion for analyzing data;
- Fluent English language skills.
Required skills:
