As an HR Business Partner, you will:
- Act as a link with operations to enhance engagement and satisfaction of employees
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Execute and improve talent retention strategy
- Work with Recruitment by identifying candidates for internal mobilities
- Coordinate welcome, onboarding, and follow-up sessions
- Actively participate in transversal HR Projects (e.g., performance management and talent management)
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- Oversee contract management, renewals, compensation, and benefits
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for
- Human Resources Degree or Experience in Contact Center in Management Roles
- Fluent English and/or French (minimum level C1)
- Have self-initiative, perseverance, and flexibility combined with strong execution skills
- Ability to analyze (people) data and translate the outcome to valuable and actionable insights
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
