Position Summary

We are currently looking for an Order to Cash Team Lead, reporting to End-to-End Order to Cash (O2C) Lead. This professional will be leading a team of O2C in Braga / remotely in Lisbon for one of our Markets.
Candidate Profile:
- Lead a team of Specialists, on site in Braga and remotely in Lisbon, establishing and accomplishing objectives aligned with the company and functional priorities;
- Evaluate team performance and conducts regular appraisals;
- Ensure full alignment, understanding and execution of the team within the functions / teams / processes in scope;
- Ensure Global and E2E compliance for activities performed in the team;
- Work on implementation of O2C plans and objectives, in line with the strategy;
- Oversee performance and execution of respective O2C processes and anticipates/plans for potential issues and escalations;
- Monitor, perform and execute the performance service level agreements (SLA’s) and indicators of services (KPI´s);
- Perform Continuous Improvements programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope;
- Responsible for ensuring appropriate controls and audits are in place and performed as required;
- Participate in building and communicating the functional key priorities;
- Contribute to the stabilization of the operations following a transition.
- Communicate on behalf of team with Western Europe stakeholders.
Required skills:
- Ability to develop and lead a team, previous experience in the role is necessary;
- Successful experience in delivering services through Shared Service partners;
- Knowledge in Financial area and O2C process as advantage;
- Good stakeholder management skills;
- Knowledge in SAP;
- Solid knowledge of MS office, particularly Excel and reporting tools (e.g. Power Bi);
- Strong level of English;
- Demonstrated competency in project participation and execution;
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address and influence internal and external customers;
- Good planning, and organizational skills;
- Adaptability to change and cope in fast-paced environment;
- Analytical capability;
- Continuous improvement mindset.
