PTW, a global gaming services company, is seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to identify, attract and hire top talent for various Quality Assurance roles and handling volume QA and LQA recruitment projects in Braga.
What you’ll be doing:
Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial phone screens.
Coordinate and conduct in-person and video interviews with hiring managers.
Negotiate job offers and handle offer letters and contracts.
Manage relationships with candidates through the recruitment process.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job postings.
Analyse market data and compensation benchmarks to remain competitive.
Maintain databases and records of candidates and hiring activities.
Provide recommendations to improve the recruitment process and strategy.
Responsible for filling the open positions in the regions and positions that have been assigned by the Manager.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in a recruiting role, experienced in recruitment in Portugal and other countries in Europe, preferably in the gaming / tech industry.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Required skills:
Must be bilingual English / Portuguese and live in Braga.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Experience recruiting foreign citizens is highly preferred.
Must have the documents necessary to work in Portugal.
